APPLICATION FOR MEMBERSHIP
INSTRUCTIONS
Complete the online application or print out the attached application, sign it, and attach copies of any current certifications. If you have passed a course, but are waiting for the certification cards, please note it and furnish the cards when they arrive. Return the application to the base at 1400 Turk Hill Road in an envelope marked to the attention of the Membership Chairperson.
The Membership Chairperson will review the application and you will be contacted in 2-3 weeks. Acceptance or rejection of an applicant is solely at the discretion of the Membership Committee. The Committee's decision is final with no explanation provided. Anyone not willing to abide by the above terms need not apply.
